Andhra Pradesh 1)            Slab rates are different for connected load less than 0.5 kW and more than 0.5 kW

2) Meter Rent is Rs 25 for single phase connection for connected load less than 0.5 kW and is Rs 50 for connected load more than 0.5 kW.

3) Meter Rent is Rs 150 for Three Phase Connection.

Arunachal Pradesh 1)                 Minimum Monthly Charge is Rs 32 per kW of connected load for Single Phase Connection

2) Minimum Monthly Charge is Rs 53 per kW of connected load for Three Phase Connection.

Assam 1)                                 Fixed Charges are Rs 30 per kW of connected load.

Bihar 1)                                 For Single  Phase   connection with upto 7 kW of connected load,  fixed  charges   are Rs 50 for 1st kW and additional Rs 15 for   each  additional  kW. Minimum   Monthly Charges are Rs 40 for 1st kW and Rs 20 for each additional kW.

2) For Three Phase  connection  with  5 kW  to 20 kW     connected load, fixed charges are  Rs 230  for  1st 5 kW   and additional Rs 15 for each additional kW.  Minimum  Monthly   Charges are Rs 40 for 1st kW and Rs 20 for each additional kW.


Chattisgarh 1)                         Single phase connection is for upto 2 kW load and monthly minimum charges are Rs 30.
2) Three phase connection is from 2 kW to 20 kW load and monthly minimum charges are Rs 100

Goa 1)                               Monthly Minimum Charges are Rs 20 for first 0.5 kW and Rs 15 for each additional 0.5 kW.

Gujarat 1)                    Fixed charges are Rs 5 if connected load is less than 2 kW. Rs 15 if connected load is between 2 to 4 kW. Rs 30 if connected load is between 4 to 6 kW. And Rs 45 for load above 6kW.

Gujarat - Ahmedabad              Fixed Charges are Rs 10 for single phase and Rs 30 for three phase connections.

Gujarat - Surat Fixed Charges are Rs 10 for single phase and Rs 30 for three phase connections.

Haryana                           Fixed Charges are Rs 80 per kW for 1st 2 kW and additional Rs 50 per kW after 2 kW.

Himachal Pradesh                     Fixed Charges is Rs 30 irrespective of connected load.

Jammu and Kashmir                   Monthly Minimum Charges are Rs 15 for load between 0 and 0.25, Rs 25 for load between 0.25 and 0.5, Rs 40 for load between 0.5 and 1 and Rs 40 per kW for load above 1 kW.

Jharkhand                    For connected load less than 4 kW Rs 40 if consumption is less than 200 units and Rs 60 if consumption is more than 200 units. Fixed charges of Rs 100 for connected load above 4 kW.

Karnataka                      Rs 25 for 1st kW and Rs 35 per kW for every additional kW of connected load.

Kerala                       Fixed Charges of Rs 20 per month for single phase connection and Rs 60 per month for three phase connection.

Madhya Pradesh         No impact of connected load.

Maharashtra                  Fixed charges of Rs 40 for single phase connection and Rs 130 for three phase connection.

Mumbai -Tata and Reliance                  No fixed charges for single phase connection. Rs 100 per every 10 kW (rounded to 10 kW) for three phase connection.

Mumbai - BEST                 For single phase connections: Rs 40 if consumption is less than 100 units. Rs 75 if consumption is between 101 and 500 units and Rs 100 for consumption over 500 units. For three phase connection Rs 150 per every 10 KW (rounded to 10 KW).

Manipur                                       Fixed Charges of Rs 60 per kW of connected load.

Meghalaya                  Fixed Charges of Rs 30 per kW of connected load.

Mizoram                  Fixed Charges of Rs 25 per kW of connected load.

Nagaland              Fixed Charges of Rs 10 plus Rs 100 for every kW of connected load.

New Delhi                 Rs 40 for connected load of 0 to 2 kW. Rs 100 for connected load of 2 to 5 kW and Rs 20 per kW for connected load above 5 kW.

Odisha            Rs 20 for 1st kW of connected load and additional Rs 15 for every additional kW.

Punjab                          Monthly Minimum Charges are Rs 46 per kW.

Rajasthan                      Minimum Fixed charge of Rs 160 per month for consumption less than 150 units, Rs 175 per month for consumption between 150-300 units and Rs 210 per month for consumption more than 300 units.

Sikkim                                    No impact of connected load.

Tamil Nadu                  No impact of connected load. Fixed Charges based on units consumed.

Tripura                      Fixed Charges of Rs 40 per kW for Three phase supply (connected load more than 3 kW)

Uttar Pradesh             Fixed Charges of Rs 65 per kW of connected load

Uttarakhand       Fixed Charges of Rs 30 per month for connected load less than 4 kW and Rs 80 per month for connected load more than 4 kW.

West Bengal             Fixed Charges of Rs 30 per kW of connected load.

West Bengal - Kolkata - CESC          Fixed Charges of Rs 10 per kW of connected load.

Chandigarh                                      No impact of connected load.
