4 What is an e-Ticket?
e-Ticket refers to an Electronic Reservation Slip, also called as e-Ticket. On successful booking, the e-Ticket will be sent to you by ngpay on the email address provided at the time of transaction.
5 How do I pay for the tickets?
You pay for the tickets by using the Credit Cards, Net Banking, Debit Cards and Cash Cards.
6 Is buying tickets on ngpay safe and secure?
Transacting on ngpay is as safe as an ATM transaction. ngpay provides 128-bit end-to-end financial grade security. It has been independently certified for financial transactions by leading security firms and financial institutions. Every time you have to make a payment for a transaction, you will need to enter your unique 6-digit PIN. This PIN number is NOT stored on your handset, so hacking your stolen phone will not put you at any risk.
7 What is my proof of booking when I book tickets on ngpay?
On successful completion of payment and ticket booking, a Confirmation Number (PNR) will be provided to you (passenger) as proof of booking.
8 How long does it take to get my PNR once I have made the payment?
Your PNR will be provided to you immediately on the successful completion of the Reservation transaction.

9 How many seats can I book in a single transaction?
A maximum of six berths/seats can be booked at a time, for a specified journey between any two stations served by the train, subject to distance restrictions in force.
An individual user can book a maximum of ten tickets (PNR) in a calendar month.
Booking can be done against General (GN), Ladies (LD) and Tatkal (CK) quota berths/seats only.
10 How will I get my tickets?
Your eTicket will be mailed to you by ngpay. Passenger(s) needs to carry a print out of this eTicket with travelling along with a valid ID proof.
11 Can I cancel my tickets?
For e-Tickets booked on ngpay, cancellation facility is provided by ngpay.
12 How long should I wait for the delivery of my tickets?
After successful booking and payment, ngpay will mail the eTicket to the email ID provided at the time of booking within a few minutes.
13 What happens if while booking, my mobile shuts down, my card gets debited but the Ticket Number is not generated?
