Free download DVD Editor, install and launch it.

Click "Add File(s) " button to load DVD disc, load DVD folder or load IFO file. Then you can edit video.
Choose specific DVD title or chapter to edit
Click to show all DVD titles and chapters in the main window. You can select any file to edit.
Adjust Effect
Click "Effect" button to open Effect window, where you can set video Brightness, Contrast, Saturation and apply Deinterlacing.

Trim video length
